Got a sore throat? Take a glass of water
(preferably warm) pour some salt into it and stir. Gargle for a few
seconds with the salted water 3 times. Repeat this procedure several times
daily as needed for relief. Guaranteed to make you feel better the next
day.

Products made from the echinacea flower
are much better and healthier than over the counter cold remedies.
Products made from echinacea can be used at the first sign of a cold, it
boosts your immune system so that the cold symptoms disappear quicker.
STUFFED UP?
Eucalyptus oil is helpful for relieving
congestion. Put 5 drops in a cup of boiling water. This produces steam
which you can inhale.
CHICKEN SOUP FOR A COLD - A MYTH? NOT TRUE
Sipping hot liquids like chicken or turkey broth
is very soothing and beneficial.
KEEP YOUR GERMS TO YOURSELF!
Wash your hands frequently, cold germs can
survive for many hours on hands, tissues or hard surfaces. Discard used
tissues immediately by flushing them. Try not to have any close contact
with friends and family, even shaking hands can spread cold germs.

There is no known cure for the common cold. The
best thing that you can do is prevent yourself from catching a cold by
keeping your mind and body healthy. If you do catch a cold .....
